Coach Katie's Corner

From the most entertaining commercials of the year to the notorious halftime show, the NFL’s Super Bowl has always been entertaining for football fans.
After beating the San Francisco 49ers on Jan. 29 in the NFC Championship with a score of 31-7, the Eagles won their ticket to the Super Bowl. Meanwhile in Kansas City, Missouri, the AFC Championship took place where the Kansas City Chiefs defeated the Cincinnati Bengals with a score of 23-20.
The Super Bowl will take place in Glendale, Arizona on Feb. 12 and I am excited to see the two teams compete for the 57th Vince Lombardi trophy. From the quarterback matchup of Jalen Hurts and Patrick Mahomes to Travis and Jason Kelce going up against each other, I think it is going to be a close one, and I am hopeful that the Eagles will come out on top.
The Eagles’ versatility and ability to rush will help them immensely throughout this final game, and unless the Chiefs show up healthy in the next two weeks, I think the Eagles are likely to come out on top.
The Eagles also led the league in sacks with 70 sacks, thanks to Haason Reddick while two their receivers A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith each having over 1,000 receiving yards this season.
Overall, I think the Eagles will be able to overcome the Chiefs in the Super Bowl for their second title in franchise history, and I am excited to watch them play.
