Cos' I Said So...

This semester, this year is almost over and the start of a new year is upon us faster than I thought possible. For almost two years, the world has dealt with this pandemic and while more people are getting vaccinated, newer variants are still appearing and people still need to be safe.
From the Marvel shows that were released, the best so far have been “WandaVision,” “Loki,” and “What If...?” mostly because of how much they connect to each other. When it comes to these shows, I have a couple theories attached to them. One of my favorite theories is during the last episode of “WandaVision,” there is a point when Wanda starts to unlock her full powers as the Scarlet Witch. While at the end of time in “Loki,” Kang the Conqueror (Jonathan Majors) goes silent, looks around before saying, ‘We’ve just crossed the threshold’ right as Wanda gets her powers.
Connecting my theory with “Loki” and “WandaVision,” is “What if...?” because of the different realities being shown throughout the multiverse. With Loki already at an end and awaiting season 2, “What if...?” was a way to see the broken timeline in different views of different multiverses. Each episode of “What if...?” is in a new multiverse, with a different plot line, different variants of the characters we already know and different endings. It seems like “What if...?” contributes to the broken timeline and at the end of the show comes the multiversal team up.
From all the Marvel movies that came out this year, “Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings” was amazing in both the storyline and acting. In “Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings” so much happened in every single fight scene, and the final one was the best, where reality and fantasy mixed together into one.
The only things left to be released from the MCU are the last few episodes of “Hawkeye” and the release of “Spider-Man: No Way Home,” which is one of the most anticipated movies of this year. Having seen one episode of “Hawkeye,” I may not have the full story, but I can tell it is going to be a fun show to watch. Based on “Spider-Man: No Way Home” trailers, it appears to be a crazy broken multiverse of madness that leads to the next Marvel movie. I’m glad this year is almost over because it will lead into the next year of new MCU content and newer possibilities.
