Cos' I Said So...

I went to my first concert three years ago, and it was unlike anything I had ever experienced. It was a different form of excitement. The music is loud, but enjoyable. The stadium was full of fans, all dancing and singing to their favorite songs. It’s one of the things I absolutely love about this world.
About a month ago, I went to Dua Lipa’s “Future Nostalgia” concert at the SAP Center. It was everything I remembered a concert was and even more. Lipa is not an artist I listen to very often, but this concert really made me realize how much I really love her music.
The first song on the set list was “Physical,” a more upbeat, but lower song. It was the perfect way to start off this concert, hyping up the crowd and getting them excited for the rest of the event.
As the concert went on, two performers on roller skates came on stage and did some really cool tricks while there was a costume change. At one point, there was a large lobster on stage during the song “We’re Good,” making the performance a whole lot more enjoyable.
The concert ended with the single that blew this album up, “Don’t Start Now,” and the famous meme dance, reclaimed by Dua Lipa on this tour. This concert was amazing, every part of it. The music, the dancing, the performances and the opening acts. It was all so much fun, and when the concert was over, “I Wanna Dance With Somebody (Who Loves Me),” by Whitney Houston, started blasting on the radio, and the whole stadium started singing along. It was the perfect end to such a fun concert and I cannot wait to go to the next one. Whenever that is.
